Overall the place was nice, it NEEDS to upgrade the television and get the sliding doors fixed, they do not open and shut easily. Same goes for the front door, it is almost impossible to lock. Also the appliances, especially the microwave, look like they were the first models ever produced. The chairs at the table were a few days away from disentergrating and we had to put a stool underneath the middle of the dining room table as it was sinking so bad we thought it may split. The toilets are a huge problem, they barely had enough power to take down a few sheets of toilet paper and we had to keep a heat fan on the downstairs pipes to prevent them from freezing. The living room could use curtians.
